Leadership

Ryan graduated from Millersville University with a degree in Business Management. He also earned a Master of Divinity in the Biblical Languages from Liberty University and a Master of Arts in Philosophy from Biola University. He is completing a PhD in Philosophy of Religion at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.  In 2021, Ryan became the lead pastor at East Fairview Church.

Jimmy joined the team at East Fairview in 2024. After serving a church in Texas, Jimmy has come home to lead East Fairview in the worship of God on Sunday mornings. His career began as a professional musician, playing in front of as many as 90,000 people! Jimmy also serves as a coach and mentor to other worship leaders. He desires to lead people into deeper places of worship and devotion to God through the power of music. His enthusiasm and energy for worship are infectious!

Corby joined the team at East Fairview in 2025. He graduated from Lancaster Bible College and has served as a middle school pastor, high school pastor, and family life pastor. Corby hopes to provide opportunities for teens to experience the love of God and grow deeper in their walk with Him. He desires to lead a ministry where students are Seen, Heard, Known, and Loved.

Mandi Stoltzfus graduated from Eastern Mennonite University (Harrisonburg, VA). She joined the East Fairview Staff in 2012. She desires to see every child come to know and live for Jesus! Her passion is to see every child and family grow to their full potential in Christ!

Nate Sauder graduated from Houghton College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He joined the East Fairview Staff in 2015. He is the engine that keeps the whole ship moving forward. His work is instrumental to continuing the work of Christ on a week-to-week basis.
