Learning from the Examples of the Past

Have you ever wanted to learn how to read the Bible? This morning, we're going to learn how to read the Bible from Paul himself! He's going to teach us three important things. #1 - The stories of the Bible are our stories. #2 - The earlier parts of the Bible point to later and greater parts of the Bible. #3 We need to learn from the examples of the past. Here's what that means for us today. God's people aren't guaranteed an easy life because we're called out into a wilderness, not an oasis. But God's leading his people to the promised land. We need to make sure that we stay focused on him.
