Our Rights are Important but the Gospel is more Important

Paul said to the Corinthians, “I’m an apostle just like the others. And just like the other apostles who receive support from their labor, I have the same right to be supported by my labor. In fact, every person has the right to be supported by his or her labor. But rather than fight for this right, I laid it down because the gospel is more important.

 

Here's the message: Our rights are important, but the gospel is more important. When should we fight for our rights, and when should we lay them down? Here's what I want you to know this morning: Your rights as a human being are connected to your obligations.
